It is normal that rules only appeal to those who can benefit from them.

It is not normal that those who do not like rules physically threaten my girlfriend and me.

This happened on December 16th when a bar owner with her entire team „visited“ Fah and me in a bar and started a discussion that culminated in concrete threats („I have friends who will kick you out of Hua Hin“).

I had told them at the start of the Tuesday league that they could not play four elite players on one team. When they did it anyway, I deducted points from them. They did not want to accept that.

In the end they withdrew their team completely from the Tuesday league. On Wednesday, however, they competed again with the same team. In the group in which no elite players can actually play at all. That means they do what they want. Before they accept the rules, they threaten other people with violence.

I do not enjoy that. And because I have absolutely no desire to have another argument with this team, I am ending the current season of the Wednesday League immediately, the table standings as of December 18, 2024 are the final score.

The two match days in January will not take place. I will send the winners the trophies and the obligatory bottle of liquor, there will be no awards ceremony in a bar because I don’t want to run the risk of this team showing up there and causing trouble.

This also means that I will not accept any player from this team who threatened me and Fah in any of the leagues that I organize. If you don’t know who I’m talking about, feel free to ask me.

In the new year, we will start the new season of the Wednesday League early on January 8th.
